Scholarship Funds can assist needy students or support a specific education initiative or scholarship fund at a school, college or university. The donor may stay involved as an advisor, name an advisory committee to assist in the selection of recipients, or allow the Foundation to select students based upon specific criteria. The Community Foundation has several scholarship funds to assist worthy students in meeting their educational expenses. Scholarship Amount: $1,000 per semester for tuition, books and other institutional expenses needed to complete courses. Scholarship Coverage: Academic year is defined as Fall, Spring, and Summer Renewable yearly if 3.0 GPA is met at end of semester Student must submit renewal form by Aug. 1 for Fall, Dec.1 for Spring and April 1 for Summer semesters.
