Additional Information
The Firdawsi Science scholarship is awarded to Iranian students at the graduate level not currently residing as or intending to become permanent residents of the US. Candidates are nominated by the Deans of LAS, Agriculture, and Engineering at UIUC and UIC and chosen by a committee. The award is to be a supplement to an existing fellowship or TA or other position where the recipient already receives a tuition waiver.
