Must be Hispanic; preference for those who have attended the PREP program Full-Time undergraduate student actively pursuing a degree at UTSA in either Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics; if applicant is in the last semester of study prior to graduation, the student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours. Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program and attending UTSA as a full-time student (currently 12 semester hours) Have/maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA Submit one letter of recommendation Completed online application Entering freshmen must be in the top 25 percent of high school class Entering freshmen must have a minimum SAT score of 900 (CR and M excluding written) or ACT score of 20 on file with the Office of Admissions and/or Registrar Entering freshmen and transfer students must have transcripts on file with the Office of Admissions and/or Registrar
