Additional Information

The applicant must be a R.E. education major, complete at least one 3-unit R.E. college course with a grade of 2.0 GPA or higher prior to being awarded a scholarship, and be enrolled in and complete 6 units of R.E. courses for each term awarded.

The applicant must meet one of the following income criteria to be eligible:
Family size = 1 -- Income up to $10,625
Family size = 2 -- Income up to $21,250
Family size = 3 -- Income up to $23,250
-- add $2,000 for each additional family member.

Note: (a) Self-supporting independent students should include their incomes & that of their spouses, if any. (b) Dependent students should report the incomes of their parents’/ guardians’ only. The income of the dependent applicant is not considered. OR….

The applicant must have been determined by the Financial Aid office to have met the income criteria (FAFSA). OR; must have been determined to be disadvantaged – who have been denied opportunities in society for reasons of mitigating factors – family income cannot exceed $50,000.
