Dr. Pamela Phillips, NWTC Vice President for Student Services, established this scholarship in memory of her son to promote technical college excellence by providing assistance to full or part-time hispanic students entering their second year of an associate degree business program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Preference will be given to Hispanic students in the accounting program and/or whose homeland is Mexico. Students must meet program benchmarks and have established financial need. Your application must include two letters of recommendation and a brief essay on your career goals.
