Must be African-American, Hispanic/Latino, or American Indian (U.S. Citizen or permanent U.S. resident), a full-time student majoring in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a chemically-related science OR intending to or already pursuing a degree in chemical technology, and planning a career in the chemical sciences. Must demonstrate high academic achievement in chemistry or science and must demonstrate financial need. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. $2,500 for Freshmen, $3,000 for Sophomores and $5,000 for Juniors and Seniors per year. Number of Awards subject to available funding. |
