Additional Information
Applicant must be a black female classified as a second semester freshman or first semester sophomore, must be a Duval county, Florida and U.S. citizen, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. Applicant must also submit two letters of recommendation (college professor or advisor; community member, clergy, or employer).
