This scholarship was established in 2000 by Donald Kanagawa to benefit Hawaii residents pursuing studies in the field of fine arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics or photography). Preference is given to incoming freshman and students who have participated in local and national art competitions or other outstanding accomplishments in the field of art.

Additional Information

Major in Fine Arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics or photography). Current high school senior. Be a resident of the State of Hawaii Demonstrate financial need Attend an accredited two or four year college or university as either an undergraduate or graduate student Be a full-time student Maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA
