They must be enrolled full time in a degree program in the United States or Canada that is related to the field of cost management/cost engineering, including engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, business, and computer science. Selection is based on academic record, extracurricular activities, and an essay on why the study of the elements of total cost management is important. | |
