| Applicants must be radio amateurs who have HF privileges and hold at least a novice class license or equivalent foreign authorization. There is no restriction on the course of study, but applicants must intend to seek at least an associate degree from a college or university in the United States; those seeking a graduate degree are also eligible. Applicants must provide a recommendation from a member of the 10-10 International Net. | |
