| Mr. Ellingson’s daughter, Patti Tuyls, established this scholarship in memory of her father who served Northeast Wisconsin Technical College for 40 years. He began his career as a drafting instructor and retired in 2000 as Vice-President of Academics. Education was his passion and he spent the greater part of his life promoting technical education throughout the state of Wisconsin. This scholarship promotes technical college excellence by providing assistance to students in Trades & Technical Division programs. Preference will be given to female students 25 years or older who have demonstrated financial need, however, all students meeting the age and financial need requirement are invited to apply. | |
