| Applicants for this scholarship must be Oshkosh residents for at least two years, U.S. citizens, and in need of financial assistance for further education i any full time degree/certificate program. The recipients must make themselves available for a Wednesday Rotary Luncheon in the early fall to present a three to five minute talk on their background and future academic/career plans. | |
