| This four year scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen with a minimum high school grade point average of a 3.5. The applicant must be a West Virginia resident entering as a full-time freshman with a declared major in Education; and must qualify for financial aid and will be ranked in accordance to the need index established under federal financial aid guidelines. | |
