| Awarded to an African-American Cleveland-area resident. Requisite: incoming education major, FAFSA, 3.25 GPA. Based on SAT/ACT scores, competitive exam. These scholarships are all a part of the Founders Scholars Program and previously were listed in the Scholarship Guide as one posting under the Student Financial Aid section. Semifinalists for each scholarship will be selected to participate in the competition held in February. The Founders Scholar Program application is in the Kent State University Admissions Office Viewbook, which is published by the Kent State University Admissions Office and is on the Student Financial Aid Web site (http://www.sfa.kent.edu). | |
