| To be eligible, recipients must be legal residents of Neshoba County; have overall high school grade point averages of 2.5, or “C”, on a 4.0 scale; have ACT scores of at least 18; enroll as full-time students at East Central Community College the fall semester following high school graduation; and be willing to participate in an awards ceremony and be part of publicity involving the scholarship award. | |
