| Awards are offered to entering freshmen enrolled in the College of Agriculture or in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences. Applicants must live in Scott, Cedar, Clinton, or Muscatine counties. Preference will be given to female students from rural areas and small towns in those counties. Selection is also based on academic achievement and demonstrated involvement in community, school, and work activities. | |
