| This program is open to Delaware residents who are interested in working full time on an associate or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related program, including engineering. Applicants may be high school seniors, high school graduates, or currently-enrolled college students. Selection is based on grade point average, interest in construction, extracurricular activities, employment experience, academic advisor evaluation, and financial need. | |
