| One $500 scholarship is awarded annually to African-American graduates of Eureka High School or St. Bernard High School. The applicant must have maintained a 3.0 GPA during the last 3 years of High School. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to 5 years including post-graduate work. The applicant must be enrolled full-time and in good standing to be eligible for renewal. | |
