Applicant must be a student in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. This is a one-year, non-renewable scholarship. This scholarship was established by family and friends of Deanna Boland, a 1985 broadcast journalism graduate from Easley, South Carolina, upon her accidental death in 1990. This annual scholarship will be awarded to a student majoring in radio-television news or production.
