| Must be enrolled in no more than 9 credit hours in the scholarship program curriculum and employed at least 20 hours a week providing services in an eligible child care or early childhood setting or be involved regularly in providing professional development training for teachers in an early childhood setting. Eligibility for scholarship funds shall be for individuals who do not have access to professional development funds from other education programs that receive state or federal funds. | |
