| This program is open to Jewish residents of the metropolitan Washington area who are younger than 30 years of age and enrolled or accepted for enrollment as full-time students in accredited 4-year undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or working toward citizenship. Students in community colleges, Israeli schools, or year-abroad programs are not eligible. Selection is based primarily on financial need. | |
