| Eligible to apply are college seniors and graduate students who are residents of Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New York. Applicants must be able to demonstrate sustained academic excellence (at least a 3.8 grade point average) in a demanding course of study. Either the applicant or at least one parent must be a Swiss citizen. Financial need is not considered in the selection process. | |
