| Applicants must be of Swiss descent by demonstrating that at least one parent (or applicant) is a Swiss citizen registered with the Swiss Consulate of San Francisco (or carrying a valid Swiss Passport), have resided within a 150-mile radius of San Francisco City Hall for a minimum of three years preceding the date of initial application, have completed two years of college with a 3.0 GPA, have applied for admission to any institution of higher learning in the United States offering a baccalaureate degree, submit an essay outlining specific goals after completion of studies, and provide two letters of recommendation from professors (sponsors) who are familiar with your background. | |
