| The candidate must 1) demonstrate an interest in and commitment to cancer nursing; 2) be enrolled in an undergraduate nursing degree program at an NLN- or CCNE-accredited school of nursing; 3) have a current license to practice as a registered nurse or a scholarship from this sponsor; and 4_ not have previously recieved a bachelor’s scholarship from this sponsor; and 5) be a member of an ethnic minority group. Applicants must submit an essay of 250 words or less on their role in caring for persons with cancer and a statement of their professional goals and their relationship to the advancement of onology nursing. | |
