| Awarded to high school seniors, college undergraduates and graduate students whose cumulative GPA is 2.5 or better, who will attend a 2 year or 4 year college, vocational, institution or university in the fall and are active in their community. Applicants must be Latino and plan to pursue dreams of higher education. Selected applicants will be required to volunteer for at least 2 WSHCC sponsored events, actively participate in the Chamber’s Monitoring Program by meeting with an assigned mentor at least once per month and address the Board of Directors once per year at scheduled board meetings. | |
