| Applicants must be of Hawaiian descent (descendants of the aborigional inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands prior to 1778). They must be U.S. citizens, enrolled in full-time study at a regionally accredtied 2-year, 4-year, or graduate degree program, and able to demonstrate financial need and academic excellence. Residency in Hawaii is not required. | |
