| All NSBE undergraduate and graduate student members are eligible to apply if they are full-time students in a country other than his or her country of citizenship at the time of scholarship disbursement. Applicant must provide a statement (in English) on the topic, “The Importance of Black Engineers to the International Workforce.” Essay must not exceed 350 words or one page in length. | |
