| This fund is to provide assistance to students who are veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, or to dependents of veterans, or who are dependents of service personnel killed in action (DD 214 required for verification), missing in action, or prisoners of war. Recipient must be a resident of Tompkins, Cortland, or Tioga Counties and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and enrolled in 8 credit hours the semester the award is made. | |
