| This program is open to children of IUE members (including retired or deceased members). They must be accepted for admission or already enrolled as full-time students at an accredited college, university, nursing school, or technical school offering college credit courses. Families of full-time union officers or employees are not eligible to apply. Selection is based on academic record, leadership ability, ambition, good character, commitment to equality, service to the community, and concern for improving the quality of life for all people. | |
