| Eligible to receive this aid are the surviving dependents of any of the September 11, 2001 victims, including the hijacked airplane passengers and crews, those who died in the World Trade Center and the Pentagon attacks, and rescue workers who lost their lives. There will be no financial need requirements to qualify. | |
