| This program is open to persons whose spouse, parent, or legal guardian was a victim of the September 11, 2001 terrorist actions at the New York World Trade Center, the Pentagon, or the Pennsylvania airplane crash. The term ”victim” includes a person killed as a direct result of physical injuries suffered on or about September 11 directly related to the terrorist actions and includes rescuers, relief workers, or fire and policy personnel. It does not include any individuals identified by federal law enforcement personnel as likely perpetrators of the terrorist activities. Applicants must be enrolled in a program leading to their initial associate or baccalaureate degree at a unit of the Montana University System. | |
