Applicant must have completed nine college credit hours or one half of a non-credit vocational program. College credit students must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA; vocational students must be succeeding academically. Application requirements include one letter of recommendation and an essay describing educational plans, career goals, and the need for support. | |
