| This program is open to high school seniors and college students whose parent is a current employee of a direct member of the association with a hire date at least one year prior to March 15 of the application year. First-time applicants must have earned at least a 3.0 grade point average in their previous educational program. Selection is based on academic achievement; financial need is not considered. | |
