| Applicants should be of good moral character as evidenced by participation
as a member of his/her home community and the institution where enrolled. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens. In addition, applicants must be over the age of 17 by October 1 of the year of enrollment and under the age of 27 by June 30, of the calendar year in which eligible for appointment as a Second Lieutenant except that up to three years of extension may be granted for active duty service. Academically, applicants must have a minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 2.5 at the time of application. |
