| A scholars program for upper-division Nursing students who will commit
to working for either Memorial or Penrose/St. Francis Hospital for 2 years after graduation. Available only to students admitted to the Nursing major and in the second, third, or fourth year of the nursing degree program. Scholarship is renewable if you maintain an overall GPA of 2.8 or higher. The scholarship carries with it the obligation to work for two years at the respective hospital for which the scholarship is named. The employment starts after graduation and passing NCLEX-RN licensure examination. If you do not intend to work for these hospitals after you graduate, please DO NOT apply for this scholarship. Recipients must be enrolled full-time for each semester scholarship is received. |
