Minimum 2.75 GPA, enrolled at least nine hours if required. Submit completed TCC Scholarship Application; need-based; a narrative addressing personal situation, finances, future career goals, personal achievements, and volunteerism; and two letters of recommendation (one must be from a faculty member who has taught the student). | |
