| The applicant must achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5, and have at least forty-five of the total number of credits earned for the associate degree completed at a Massachusetts community college(s). Nominees must complete the transfer admission application process to the university, complete graduation requirements at one of the Massachusetts community colleges prior to enrollment at University of Massachusetts at Amherst, be able to enter the university as a junior (minimum of 54 transferable credits), and plan to enroll in the day division at the university. Priority will be given to students who will complete coursework for a designated transfer program at the community college, and will be given to participants of the Joint Admissions program. | |
