| The applicant must be a graduate or post graduate from the MWCC Nursing program who has definite plans to further his or her education, or an MWCC student from another academic program who is transferring to a baccalaureate nursing program. The award is offered to students who display a positive, healthy, and compassionate attitude; who combine science and holism in order to facilitate healing in patients and families as well as themselves; and who are nominated by an MWCC faculty member. | |
