| The applicant must show academic achievement with a strong preference for students with a 3.3 GPA. Preference for students with a minimum of 30 credits earned in residence at MWCC—transfer credits from other colleges will be considered. Financial need will be considered but is not an absolute requirement. Community service involvement must be demonstrated with a minimum of eight hours per month during the past year, or a cumulative total of 75-100 hours of significant community service in the last year. Community service both in the community and/or the college will be considered. | |
