| To be eligible for this grant, the student (and parents of dependent students) must be a United States citizen or permanent resident that has resided in the State of Georgia for at least one full year prior to the date of registration for any particular semester. The Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant is not based on need and any qualified Georgia resident who is enrolled full-time (12 or more hours a semester) is eligible. | |
