| Applicant must be a dependent child, stepchild, or a legally adopted child of an Army soldier who is on active duty, retired, or deceased while on active duty, or after retirement. Applicants must be registered in the Defense Eligibility Enrollment Reporting System (DEERS), be unmarried for the entire academic year, and be under the age of 22. | |
