| Provides awards to students who are the first in their family to achieve a college degree, are enrolled at CSUSB as a full-time student, and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Recipients must sign up as a paid mentor or tutor with one of CSUSB’s outreach programs such as the Gear Up Program.
