| One (1) award is available to a junior or senior undergraduate with a GPA of 2.75 or better or a graduate student with a BHSU GPA of 3.0 or better. The student must be enrolled in at least 15 credit hours per semester to be eligible. Applicants must provide three (3) letters of recommendation and write a short essay on their interest in economic development and/or creation of quality job opportunities for the state of South Dakota or work out of state, but for the state of South Dakota. | |
