| One (1) award (amount of award varies) is available to an incoming freshman that graduated from Spearfish, Belle Fourche, Rapid City, Sturgis, Lead, Custer, Hot Springs, Edgemont, Hill City, South Dakota, Newcastle or Gillette, Wyoming High School, maintains a 2.75 GPA and shows financial need. All students must be enrolled at full-time status (12 hours+) to be eligible. | |
