| All applicants must be members or student members of either the New England section of the American Water Works Association or of the New England Water Works Association. They must be high school seniors, currently-enrolled college students, or graduate students. Selection is based on merit, character, and financial need, with preference given to applicants who academic programs are considered to be beneficial to the water works practice in New England. | |
