The AHA fills an important niche by supporting the development of beginning investigators and by stimulating research in promising science areas. Several generous Minnesota donors encourage young people to enter the field of research by funding scholarships for high school or college students who are studying health, science or medicine in a Minnesota school.
Additional Information
Applicant must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a four year college in Minnesota who is working in a medically related curriculum with potential application to patients with diseases of the heart and blood vessel system. Scholars will be chosen on merit.
