| This program is open to Colorado residents who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment at a college in the state on a full-time basis and whose parents are Colorado residents. High school seniors must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must have been born in the United States. Selection is based on merit, including extracurricular activities, community service activities, and an essay on how applicants plan to use their educational experience at college to better the community in which they live. | |
