| These scholarships are awarded to full-time students enrolled at Trinity who demonstrate outstanding musical ability. An audition and participation are required. The factors weighed by the music faculty in deciding whether or not to award a scholarship may include (to the extent known): performing ability, sight-reading ability, the needs of the ensemble, ensemble participation, willingness to work, music major/minor status, previous applied music study, attitude, full-time/part-time status, and grades. Priority is given to prospective music majors, but many awards are offered to non-music majors. For audition information please visit the School of Music. The amount of these music scholarships will include all the institutional awards that the student is eligible for, excluding academic scholarships. | |
