| To provide scholarship support for students in the FSU School of Theatre. Preference for recipients shall be given to students from Hillsborough County, FL who are either in the final two years of undergraduate studies or who are pursuing graduate studies. Recipients will be chosen by the Dean and the Scholarship Committee in consultation with the Russo Foundation. If no students from Hillsborough County qualify, the Dean and Scholarship Committee may select someone from outside the county. | |
