| Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to full-time students who are enrolled or planning to enroll in the Plastics Engineering Technology program at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, who have achieved superior academic records or show promise of outstanding academic success. Student must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). First preference shall be given to students who are children of employees at Alliance Plastics. | |
